True Focus Group
Where Art Meets Technology.
Photography .: Web Solutions .: Administrative Support

About Us

Established in 2006, our company started as separate entities (Kim's Art Gallery and True Focus© Photography) until early 2006 when it made sense to merge into one - True Focus© Group, a Christian-based company owned & operated by Ken and Kim McDougal. Our motto is to provide 100% excellent customer support without burning out! We work really hard, but we have fun too! We offer photography services, design and website solutions, administrative help, and even turn photos into artwork in Photoshop! Yes, you can say we're a pretty busy team, but we like it!

Our Talent

Ken McDougal Jr., Owner
Ken has been a professional photographer of portraiture and weddings for more than 16 years. He worked for such companies as: LifeTouch Church Directories & Portraits, Glamour Shots, and his own company, True Focus© photography.

In 2005, he was sidelined by a back injury he suffered while working for LifeTouch. This... Ken says nudged him into self-employment; "I've always dreamed of owning my own photo company, but just never took the plunge!" Ken photographs and sells his nature and scenic prints even providing them on canvas or gallery wrap. He also sells vintage photo reprints and provides photo color correction and enhancing services. You might even be able to talk him to photographing your family reunion or birthday party if you ask him real nicely!

Ken is very passionate about helping others and has a burden for feeding hungry children. He supports Feed the Children. In his spare time, when he gets it, he loves to sing and play guitar!

Kim McDougal,
co-Owner
Kim has had more than 20 years experience in customer service, graphics, web, and administrative services. She worked for MPS/AccuStaff for more than four years in charge of her own department before working for Sales & Marketing. In
1998, the Sales & Marketing department was eliminated and she found herself looking for a job. However, she didn't have to look long before she received a phone call from a co-worker who had gone to work for another company. She asked Kim to freelance for them offering administrative services support. Kim reluctantly said yes, but soon after that she was able to expand her repoitore to include: graphic/website services, and software consultation and she's never looked back.

Early in 2010 she introduced her spin-off company, KLM Design to become a support-specialization business. Kim now specializes mainly in website content management, website development assistance, interactive design, virtual administrative solutions, social media support, and even occasionally lending her voice for recording answering service messages for clients. A talented artist, she loves to transform photos to paintings using Painter and Photoshop and has done artwork for a number of clients. She showcases her collections at Kim's Art Gallery. She also is owner of four cooking blogs "Ordinary Recipes Made Gourmet", "Treats of Sweets", "I Love Salads", and "Beautiful Food". She is also the owner of the blog: "Thriving in the Real Business World", and "Kim's Artsy". Kim sings, writes poetry, and Leads "Women of Faith" - a weekly prayer group.
